Refund Policy

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Customers may occasionally encounter a manufacturing defect in their product. Under such circumstances, they might wish to return the product, exchange it, or request a refund due to manufacturing imperfections. At The Bedding Centre in Great Yarmouth, we aim to ensure that every customer receives the most suitable product, fostering satisfaction and ensuring a comfortable night's sleep, as we understand that a good night's sleep contributes to customer happiness.

As per the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all our products come with an automatic one-year guarantee against manufacturing faults. Additionally, some products may include an extended warranty provided by the manufacturer with its own terms and conditions. If a customer believes their product has a manufacturing fault within the guarantee/warranty period, they should contact The Bedding Centre directly to discuss the issue.

Certain products require the customer to register the additional warranty directly with the manufacturer within one month of purchase. In such cases, if a fault is discovered, the customer should contact the manufacturer directly. This process may involve a representative from either The Bedding Centre or the manufacturer inspecting the product to determine a resolution.

Should the representative confirm that the product is faulty, the product may be returned, exchanged, or refunded. If an exchange occurs and the replacement product is of lesser value than the original item purchased, the customer will be refunded the difference. Conversely, if the replacement item's cost exceeds that of the original item purchased, the customer will be required to pay the difference.
